The team:
We are glad to introduce you to the team:
Rob Toms, baker, has been working in the bakery for more than 20 years with his
brother, Brian. He bakes all breads, danishes, pies, donuts, rolls and cookies that
you can enjoy everyday.
What Rob loves:

Brian Toms helps Rob on our bakery products, but also is in charge of deliveries,
large accounts and serves customers. He kindly helped and trained the new team.
What Brian loves:

Catherine Benon, owner, cooks lunches, serves the customers, prepares
catering, works on new products creation with Sarah.
What Catherine loves:
Dark (very very dark) chocolate, hot spices, red wine (Cabernet) and Champagne.
Salted butter or french cheese on a warm baguette or walnut bread, raw oysters -
oh yes!!! - with lemon, even better...
